Columbia, MO Boudoir Photography: Boudoir—it’s technically French

Boudoir: noun/bou·doir: a woman’s dressing room, bedroom, or private sitting room

Boudoir is technically a noun, it’s technically a place, it’s technically French.

However, to me boudoir is much more than a noun, a place, a french word. In my opinion boudoir is a state of mind. Is there a bed—usually. Lingerie—almost always. And yet…there’s something more. There’s a feeling, an intimacy that can not be confined to the label, noun.
